How to make these extensions work with Vivaldi: Save In, RegExp Download Organizer, Download Router

RegExp Download Organizer - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/regexp-download-organizer/oamembonjndgangicfphlckkdmagpjlg/related
Download Router - https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/downloads-router/fgkboeogiiklpklnjgdiaghaiehcknjo?hl=en
These extensions allow you set different download directory for different file types.. all these extensions work well on chrome but not on Vivaldi. I guess Vivaldi handles the download differently.
I already tried unchecking the "Always save files to default download directory" option in settings.. but that is no help.

@nichigo13 I gave Download Router a try but could not get any change to the configuration to stick. It is quite likely I was doing something wrong. How hard did you try?
It is about time Support for MIME Types was added to Vivaldi, then we won't need to use an extension for this useful (but not vital) feature.
It has been requested from the first technical preview of Vivaldi, but we're still waiting.

@pesala you're not doing anything wrong sir. these extensions work right away on chrome even with default settings it just doesn't work with vivaldi
. hoping vivaldi will add this useful feature in the future or atleast some patch to make this extensions compatible with vivaldi. thanks for the response btw.
