Webmail Account Got no Confirmation

Here's my issue, and I'm not the only one to experience it, I found a number of other posts about it with a simple search but 0 answers.
I registered a webmail account and never received my confirmation email within the first 15 mins. 24 hours passed, and still no confirmation email...
I try to reset password, and it tells me that the account is either unconfirmed or banned. And if I try the username recovery option it tells me that the account doesn't exist. But if I try to register using that username, it's taken.
Who can fix this?
I don't want to use a temporary account (this account) for long.

Hey @makeyourbones.
Commonly, if the user doesn't see the account confirmation email in their Inbox, the email is either in the Spam folder, they gave their new Vivaldi email as a recovery email address or made a typo when typing the recovery email.
If you haven't received the email or more than 48 hours have passed since registration, please send us a message and describe what happened. Don't forget to include the username and recovery email you signed up with. We'll fix (if necessary) and activate the account for you. -
