Built-in popup video player

Add a button on every videos around the web that allow you to watch it as a popup player that always on top and resizable and draggable just like Opera browser does. This is so important and making things so simple.

@evyatark That's probably better done as an extension. Search for video popout on chrome webstore, I tried and the youtube video popout extension works. You can also make a DIY setup and use the chrome extension universial video maximizer and open a new window with the video, trigger the resizing of the video and adjust the size.
