Independent UI Zoom per Window
-
For users running Vivaldi on multiple monitors, the UI Zoom may need to be different in different windows.
For example, on my primary 1200x1600 portrait monitor a UI Zoom of 110% works best
While on my 1920x1080 landscape monitor, 115% works better.
Zoom Start Page Thumbnails to Fit would be another way to solve this problem. Users could then set the number of speed dial columns, and Vivaldi would shrink or enlarge them for the best fit.

@pesala As long as new windows start with the default zoom, and not the last zoom used, this seems a good addition to Vivaldi.

@masterleo29 I cannot imagine any other way it could be made to work.
There is probably already a request for Fullscreen to affect only the current window, and show/hide Status Bar etc.
The closest I could find is Full Dual Monitor Toolbar

It appears this features was implemented some time ago, maybe in 3.x version somewhere, not sure. I've been using it for a while, it's definitely in 4.x

@landon UI Zoom changes for both windows on my system.
Start Page, Scale to Fit Columns does not work either

@pesala Oh, my mistake , I didn't realize what this UI Zoom feature is, it's distinct from the web view zoom and zooms the Vivaldi UI not the UI of the webpage only! I thought this was only controllable from the OS' DPI settings but given Vivaldi's ideology I can understand use cases for controlling this manually.
