How to change the browser identification?

@catweazle New Gmail causes "crash on exit". Gmail is in the old version, no probs. Youtube wants me to create a channel just to post a single comment.
Please, suggest one of those products, if I am to able to repro, lets report the issue. -
I have an account in YT (new format) and in GMail (new format) and I have no problems of any kind with Vivaldi.,
As I said, I only have to use the UA switcher in the new format of GSites. To be able to edit it, in the other services I do not need it.>Laptop ACER, AMD Ryzen, GPU AMD Radeon RAM 16GB, SSD 512GB -Win11 Home 64 v24H2| Vivaldi last stable|

YT does not put the new format by default, you have to select it below at the bottom of the page.
There you can select if you want to use the new format, then change some aspect and have some new functions, such as the change of UI and color>Laptop ACER, AMD Ryzen, GPU AMD Radeon RAM 16GB, SSD 512GB -Win11 Home 64 v24H2| Vivaldi last stable|

@catweazle Welcome, I am on Youtube right now looking where is the option to change the layout, no luck.
Nothing at the bottom, my interface is in English. -
