Vivaldi Ambassadors?
-
Did some searching and I still have no idea what a Vivaldi Ambassador does?
What qualifications are needed to be a Vivaldi Ambassador?
What do they do after becoming an ambassador? If all it takes is to talk about V to others, I got that covered in spades.
I tell all who are willing to listen that even though V is young and going through growing pains V is still better than any other browser out there. I am anything but a power user but Vivaldi beats the heck out of Firefox and Chrome when it comes to everyday surfing. -
@para-noid You just gotta volunteer to spread the word.

@luetage That was quick. I saw that. Still does not answer my questions.

The original email I got about the program months ago, mentioned spreading the word on social media, forums or any other groups you are in. This and the info from the official thread is all there is. If you want to know more, you will have to write an email.
To be honest it sounds a lot like what the Russians did for Trump – and this worked out well as we all know. Should be worthwhile, especially because you don't need all the lies and the fake news to promote Vivaldi. #MakeBrowsersGreatAgain

@para-noid There is nothing more to know. If you wish to be recognized as a Vivaldi Ambassador, then send an email as requested at the Please Join the Vivaldi Ambassadors post There are no qualifications other than a love of Vivaldi, and a promise to spread the word on line and at home. If you join, you will receive periodic emails with updates and links to articles and events, which you can use to amplify the message on your own communication networks.

@Ayespy said it all, it's mostly an opt-in for more messages about Vivaldi so you can get more info about Vivaldi and have more background when others ask you anything.
