      In their desire to be responsive to different devices, browsers have resigned to entirely changing the layout and format of the page if the browser window is resized.

      This totally drives us insane when stuff we want disappears when it is implemented in a different way for mobile or gets moved somewhere.

      I am aware we can disable this in DevTools, but is it possible to have this as a setting?

      Even this page goes wild when we resize (during edits) and took some getting used to.

      This gets especially annoying when we open a second window to compare and lose sight of what we had.
