Threaded Browser GUI, Keyboard & Mouse Input Events

Honestly, Vivaldi browser GUI & keyboard/mouse input events are very poor compare to other browsers. This is especially noticeable when loading multiple tabs in the background, playing videos, or encounter a JavaScript/animation heavy webpage, which will cause Vivaldi to become extremely unresponsive, almost unusable.

Recently, I notice during these unresponsive periods that I can scroll the webpage just fine, while everything else is stuck in an unresponsive cycle. Doing a bit of research I found out about chrome://flags/#enable-threaded-scrolling, which ensure Vivaldi will be able to scroll smoothly at all time.

Now, just imagine the browser GUI, keyboard & mouse input events are all handled by a separate thread. That would definitely make Vivaldi browsing experience a lot smoother.
