Middle-click Scrolling Anywhere on the Page

Middle click scrolling anywhere on the page by holding MMB.

it is improved version of already existed Middle click scrolling: MMB should be pressed the whole time when you perform scrolling. This way you shouldn't care about where to put cursor (under link, image etc)

If you click MMB and release it, you can scroll anywhere.

I am talking about scrolling method with holding MMB. The current problem is that you should carefully choose free area on the page which is annoying.

I know there are extensions for this but I don't like 3rd party extensions...

MMB for opening links in the background works when you release MMB
And when you scroll you don't release MMB.

Yes exactly! This is the only feature request I've had after using Vivaldi for years!

I recently bought a pen tablet for graphic design and note-taking, and using a browser without MMB scrolling is impossible! The only gripe I have with it is exactly this behavior.
