look at what you have written in the address bar -

In fact, it just works. You should have various methods to install your browser extension, not just one, right? -

I refuse to believe that this was marked as WILL NOT DO and was not implemented. So, I am going to ask in here if I can, is there a way for me to password protect my different profiles. I don't really see the point in the profiles feature if there is not a way for me to properly isolate the instances. And with the nice was I am greeted, with all profiles on display, it'd like to think by now this has been implemented and profiles isn't just glorified workspaces.

Commenting to agree with Jrograms. It's strange that this was marked as "will not do." This seems like a critical security feature, even on a secure, encrypted device.

A related feature request over bug tracker was set to "Will not do" by dev team.
I think that a masterpassword does not protect against someone installing malware by USB stick or Bluetooth for password stealing.
Masterpassword, which locks profile after a while protects against curious siblings/parents/etc. or peers having physical access

Alright, just come here with a same idea. How to open a new (same) request?
I supposed one of the main principles of Vivaldi is to give a lot of options and user selects what he wants?
