Full Mouse Gesture Support in Speed Dial

Right now if you perform an "over a link" mouse gesture in a panel (e.g. open in new tab (over a link)) it does not work on speed dials, because they are divs not links.

and "back/forward" mouse gesture does not work with speed dial folders (e.g. "back" for open parent folder)

This now seems to be implemented in the latest snapshot.

I can use a Right-Click + Drag Up gesture over a speed dial to open it in a new tab in the background.

@LonM I don't think it is fully implemented yet.

• GestureBack does not work in a speed dial folder
• GestureUp, GestureDown does not work to close a Speed Dial Tab but instead opens another speed dial
• There may be others
