Pull site permissions into Vivaldi's settings under privacy
Right now we have to go to vivaldi://settings/content which is accessible from the address bar popup, but settings like this should be within Vivaldi's settings, instead of the built in Chromium tabs.Most users won't realize there's a place where they can see all site permissions in one place, but within Settings it will be easily discoverable.

Native blocking of trackers and cryptomining scripts
Ghostery is a good extension but it requires trusting the sharing of site data with the extension. It is now built into Cliqz - owned by Mozilla.That said, I think Vivaldi should protect users by default in these instances. Users will probably trust Vivaldi over an extension as well.

Allow switching between tabs when "Authentication Required" form appears.
Currently, if this form appears (see image) the user is unable to switch to another tab. Sometimes I need to copy some username or password from another page and this makes it impossible.

Highlight Notes panel search results in the content of the selected note.

Allow muting tabs from context menu regardless they play any sound or not.

Mute and remember
Black list of sites (domains) from which user never wants to hear a sound.

A text field in the Downloads Panel to enter URL and directly download Like Opera 12 Quick Download.
This will be useful if you want to directly download e.g. PDF files, movie files, and other types of files which will not be downloaded by entering the URL into the address field.

Portable version.
Alternatively, a way to import/export ALL user data & settings (like extentions and theirs settings, not just bookmarks, passwords, history), so the migration to new PC would be quick & painless.

An option to Disable fullscreen mode for any embedded videoplayer, and also an option to Automatically disable sounds for pages/tabs, so videos and ads which are starting automatically will be harmless. Of course, it would be perfect If exceptions could be added, so for example it will not regarding for YouTube .

Multi-key shortcuts, e.g.: CTRL+Q CTRL+Q (double press CTRL+Q) could make quit browser. Now only single press combinations are allowed.
Of course, it should be differentiated somehow from multiple combinations. -
Mnemonic Shortcuts
Assign easy to remember shortcuts, e.g.
a,b = Toggle Address Bar
b,b,c = Go to BBC website
p,d,f = Launch favourite PDF Viewer: Execute Program, as in Opera 12.18 -
Ability to save and swap all tabs in this new Window Panel (for example "work/after work" set of tabs).

Tabbed Session/Tab Lists/Windows
However you wish to implement it.
also here's another concept drawing from my submission from previos post.
The point is to have a tab bar (like the original top bar) to switch between lists of tabs, wheter they're saved as session, or window, however you feel is best to implement it.
After pressing the tab on top, it loads new tab list. unloads old ones if the previous list was inactive for more than x minutes (no need to waste)
Instant switch between whatever you've ben doing, tabs you don't need now but might need in half an hour are there hidden from view, just in a different group, list, hidden window, session or however it is implemented.
Also tree tabs would totally work better in side tabs setting rather than side bar
You know how you got tab stacking ? pretty much same thing just displayed as tree tabs rather than buttons that don't tell you much and you have to load each page to figure out what was there..Guessing it could be worked out with the current window management system you're doing
Hell it could be just inactive window that shows in main window on tab press or open in new if ctrl+click or smth :), split windows from those tabs could be deactivated/grayed out so it wouldn't mess the sync if that's a problem. -

Label this tab (and then group by label)
This would allow the user to apply a text label to a tab. Then later on, you can group by label. This would be helpful if you're doing some work on a specific topic and want to group all similar tabs in a separate window.
For example, if you're shopping for family members, you can label the tabs with a name. Or if you're doing troubleshooting for clients, you can label the tabs by client ID. Then at some other point in time, you can "group by label" into separate Vivaldi windows.

Individual Extensions Update Setting
User can set following update setting for either global or specific extension:
- Auto update
- Ask before update
- Never update
Also allow user to revert to last version
