Javascript popup windows is not working.

Some webpages does need java popup windows to show the contents,however,when I clicked the link,Vivaldi triggered nothing. I did have the Popup blocker (strict) extension installed,though the main site been white-listed,it still does nothing. Please help me solve the issue,thank you.

Btw,on Firefox,same circumstances,it did open the webpages when clicked the link.

I have found the culprit,it's the "The Ultimate Popup Blocker" script prevented that. Excluded those domains solved the problem.
