Appreciate that you've fixed VB-33452, but not crazy about the Vivaldi icon full screen "splash" upon loading. Also, for the sake of all humanity, please address VB-29747.

My problem must be caused by something else, but it also seems to be intermittent. I suspect ClipMate, brilliant though it is, by and large.
I too have an AMD system: A4-1200 1Ghz w 4GB Win 10 Home 64b, same snapshot as you. -

Didn't try extensions, I have just a few UblockO, blur email and invisible hand, which in last few SS finally started working.
