@masteraero
Besides, this thread is a place where many people could post their creation, plus the request for them.My post was a request. There were some I initially requested that were there but those were removed a while back once I realized they had already been created.

@bedoncity Done! Look for the following:
sd_elderscrollsonline
sd_deepltranslatorSorry for the long wait! I know I haven't worked on the thumbnails in a long time, and I'm sure you guys were all waiting for them. I'll try to finish the rest of the requests, and continue to make and refine them whenever I can, even if it won't be at the previous speed. So onwards with the thumbnails!
They can be found in my signature below!

@xypher The gray version is no longer the official version for their main logo, but it seems like they've kept it anyway as one of their versions. So I've added it to the list! Look for: sd_nintendo2 in my signature below. Enjoy!

I wonder if you could make a suitable thumbnail for vivaldi://bookmarks/ ?
-
Thanks for your hard work on these! I found just about everything I need except for New York Times and NWS/NOAA weather. I made my own for NOAA using middle logo from this image.
Could you at least do NY Times? Thanks!

@usertlj
Try the image from this page.
https://www.mediamatters.org/blog/2015/06/15/ny-times-disregards-times-staffers-advice-on-av/204004You can usually find something suitable using google image search for logo.
Look for images approximately 4:3 aspect ratio as you won't need to edit.

@d0j0p thank you so much for your time and work on these thumbnails!
Update: I did the requested thumbnails myself. Ignore the post

I've figured it out myself:
- Go find a picture you want for a thumbnail. (I use google images, or take a screenshot myself).
- Now you need to resize the image properly. The size should be 440x360. I used this online tool to resize images: http://resizeimage.net
- you can un-check "keep aspect ratio" if the output result is not good.
- it also might be a good idea to add white space (option 4).
Now you might have a problem, that the original image doesn't have much white space around the content.
In this case, you need to adjust canvas size. On Windows, you can easily change it with paint 3d. On Mac, Preview should also do the job.Good luck!

This post is deleted! -
@jamtarty Weird, there used to be 2 thumbnails.
The last one is from the default Vivaldi resources folder. (C:\Program Files\Vivaldi\Application\1.1x.xxxx.xx\resources\vivaldi\resources)
-
@Gwen-Dragon Maybe admins should consider creating some exclusive forum sub-section for publishing thumbnails / etc?
It's hard to find threads with really brilliant content when they get older. -
@gwen-dragon Thanks!
I hope that it will be good enough solution for now but we'll see what future brings... -
That's awesome, thank you for sharing your time and effort.
I recently switched to Vivaldi and created about 15 or so thumbnails myself but made the mistake of storing them in the same resources folder used by the client without a back up.
The next day an update deleted them all without a trace so I took an easier route to yours instead, for the most part.
I have created a couple of my own still, do you have a dropbox where users can submit to your repo and maybe cut back on your time for future requests?
