Vivaldi powers up the Start Page and adds docked Dev Tools

ВСЁ УЖЕ ОТЛИЧНО!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@alexandr67 Please post in English here, or provide a translation. There are local forums where you can post in your own language.
-
@marimba: You shouldn't, it should be perfectly safe. But of course it is always good to make backups, in any case.
-
@mtaki14: Ah, you mean the order of words - or parts of the words - should not matter when searching in history URL or title. Got it. Yep, sounds really useful. Looks like it is covered by VB-18556, it has been noticed and now what remains is to wait and watch out the changelogs, keeping fingers crossed.

maybe in the next update, we can change the tabs name/caption/title ?
I think that's what you're talking about - Comment

@pierod Covered by the more general issue:
@pafflick said in Feature requests for 1.11:
Ability to re-order / remove various UI elements
-
@dleon: He probably have monitor in portrait mode, which seem to only allow 3 columns. I'm hoping the speed dials thumb nails will automatically shrink, so that 12 column could be used
-
I just wanted to pop in to say that this release feels really solid. Great work, everyone!

Controlling new tabs via third-party extensions with additional functionality, such as productivity tools or reminders
This is the best thing about this update. I have been waiting for this for a LONG time. Thank you (at last!) -
On a second note,
I think that the only thing missing for Vivaldi to stand super strong against other browsers is:- Make the Ctrl+N for new windows faster (some people complain really hard on how slow it is)
- Buy/acquire the plugin "Stylish". I think to make it part of vivaldi it would incredibly increase it's value and goes along the lines of "customize your browser however you want". So you'd have something like "Vivaldi, your favorite browser, even allows you to customize your favorite websites".
My two cents Love you guys, keep up the good work.

I cannot believe that Vivaldi is the browser that I've dreamed about for years.

What is the default size for images to use as replacement Speed Dial images?
-
@DannyB 440 x 340 is all you need for 200% UI Zoom. For 100% UI Zoom, 220 x 170 pixels is the actual size of the thumbnails. If creating your own thumbnails, and using a different zoom level, you could create the thumbnails at the exact size they will be used, e.g. 330 x 255 pixels if you use 150% UI zoom.
The default thumbnails installed with Vivaldi are 440 x 360 pixels, which is not the current aspect ratio.
-
@DenisonX It's in the works. It's the next MAJOR release. (Other, smaller things will surely be released first.)
-
You guys should include an option to cloud store and sync bookmarks, i'm using vivaldi at home and work, and it's hard to control my bookmarks without an option to sync between the computers
Thank you for the hard work too, really like Vivaldi
-
@Ayespy Thanks ! we are waiting for sync !
-
I dont like the idea of having to paste my default icon for the speed dial. Shouldn't be automatically suggested ???
-
Start Page fonts still blurred, you've been dragging this bug since first release of Vivaldi. http://imgur.com/a/AJC5x
-
@vivald777 or else?
-
You're pathetically annoying, why don't you simply uninstall vivaldi and forget about it instead of being so aggressive. You're not getting anything anyway acting so stupidly.
