Map your keyboard shortcut for screenshots… Only in Vivaldi Browser? :) - Snapshot 1.7.725.3

yes.. i thinks the Vivaldi the first to offer this options…. and so many other thing is also 1st..... huhuhuhuhuhuu....

They should if the Setting Mouse -> Perform Gestures with ALT Key is enabled. Hold the Alt key whilst drawing the gesture on trackpad, release the Alt key to end the gesture.
-
Confirmed. However, easier is: just double click inside the page when selecting the area! (Not my trick; someone else noticed it a few builds back)
-
I now have the gesture Right-Down-Left-Up mapped to Capture Area to Clipboard. So I first draw a box with RMB, then drag an area with LMB. Works great!

Hi. Sadly, I'm still encountering problems where Vivaldi stops responding to two-finger back/forward gestures. (FYI, I do not have Vivaldi's Mouse Gestures or Rocker Gestures enabled, and it does not make a difference if I do.) I've especially noticed the problem in Vivaldi 1.6 and Vivaldi 1.7.
On my MacBook, it happens much less frequently if I have Bluetooth disabled and I'm just using the Trackpad. Gestures in Vivaldi work again after restarting Vivaldi. Gestures also start working again if I leave Vivaldi running and change/toggle the Bluetooth status. Everything works fine in Safari. (Sometimes I have Safari running in the background along with Vivaldi, sometimes not. It doesn't play any part in triggering the swipe gesture failure or "reinitializing" the hardware if I launch it after Vivaldi stops responding to gestures.)
If I have both the Trackpad and Magic Mouse enabled, the Mouse will more frequently stop responding to swipe gestures, sometimes the Trackpad, sometimes both. Restarting Vivaldi or toggling the Bluetooth status will restore swipe gestures.
This is getting really, REALLY annoying. Ditto for all the Vivaldi UI issues (snapshot and stable) on OS X.

It is not immediately visible, but press f12 for dev tools, Security menu, it's there.

I was on the latest version…

Ok…
This seems like a regression but I'm not sure: I can't add Search boxes as Search Engines when they are POST based and not GET based...
This wasn't an issue in Opera...can anybody confirm this ?
-
Thank you very much for the response. This is the first official response I'm seeing acknowledging the issue.
Just out of curiosity, is this issue chromium engine related? Because I have seen it happen a lot in Opera as well.
-
still waiting for context menu for bookmarks inside boomark folders on bookmarkbar. Its one reason why I moved back to opera
-
Could be that it is a chromium issue, but I can't know for sure unltill its resolved/investigated a bit more

Thanks!

what the story about side panel for history?
-
Is there a possibility to have per-panel panel-widths? There are some panels that need less space than others. It would be nice if the panel width would change depending on wich panel you choose. Vivaldi would save the latest set width.
-
The option is already there - Just right click on the panel icon and choose "separate width". Voila!
-
Being worked on.

FYI, I just ran into a minor Magic Mouse swipe glitch with the latest Chrome-beta (56.0.2924.67) that got released (literally) a few minutes ago. Instead of navigating forwards or backwards in history, the page "bounces & springs back", like the effect you get when you attempt to scroll left or right on a page with no scroll window (i.e. contents fit page; no scroll bars). Trackpad swipe gestures work. Launched Safari and swipe gestures there work with both the Magic Mouse and Trackpad. Cycling Bluetooth off/on didn't fix the Magic Mouse swipes in Chrome. I then tried clicking on a link to generate some more history -> swipe gestures in Chrome started working again with both the Mouse and Trackpad.
When swipe gestures break in Vivaldi, the page "scrolls" like in Chrome but does not "spring back".

Right now we are using the tree search only (and removed the pref setting) I guess we will add support for multiple modes, but having prefs in the Settings for each type of search becomes too much. So there will probably be some local setting in each panel that control this. Perhaps a from a context menu.
-
Same in Chrome 56 beta. Pretty sure that BankID will be fixing that.
-
A greeting. I have to reinstall Vivaldi. In what file do the search engines keep? Is there no any way of exporting it or of keeping them and of recovering them again?
Thanks
