Easier tab selection by domain - Vivaldi Browser snapshot 1.5.676.6

This is happening to me, but with ANY single key shortcut (so hitting "." opens the Find in Page bar on the page I have open, hitting "1" or "2" changes tabs, and so on).
-
Looks like someone "fell" for a set-up and walked right into it.
Funny thing is though if I posted a very pertinent to the subject of browsers and/or internet but not the talked about SS. I'd get down-voted, flamed etc. comment pulled etc. Some in power or authority can play a childs game it's up-voted and "cool" …agree with Pesala. Notice what happens when regular non-cool makes comment ( 10 downvotes) we have been scolded, for reminds me of HS. Jon ought to settle power struggle.

I think my download panel is not sorted in time order anymore… tried to find a sort order button and found none.

won't always show, depending on the size of the tab you hover. For me thats about 25 tabs in the tab-bar. Once you activate the tab though, the [x] should emerge on hover. As for the tab stack issue, I can't reproduce this, if you could create a bug on it, that would be great! Thanks for the report! -
thanks guys for your hard work.
unfortunately, the browser now has more bugs than it was in it's alpha and beta stages:
1. opening "external pages" from links (social media, news websites …etc) opens a blank page. you have to copy the link and open it again as a new tab. (the browser is barely usable because of this bug alone)
2. I had to disable Hardware acceleration via the vivaldi:flags to be able to play some videos... no issues with the other browsers ( opera, edge)
3. when I try to play checkers on this website http://www.playok.com/en/checkers/ I get a blank board with the pieces. ( compare with the other browsers) -
+1 for 2 and 6 also!

"unfortunately, the browser now has more bugs than it was in it's alpha and beta stages:"
This couldn't be any further from the truth.
1. Can't confirm
2. Can't confirm. "to play some videos" surely doesn't help the devs if they'd like to look into it.
3, Can't confirm either.Windows 10, Vivaldi 64bit

Did you file a big report, a bug report, or a big bug report? (Curse this blog for its time limitation on editing own comments…
)

Bagged big bug report for bad big bug. (Repeat three times fast…
-
One thing still bugs me - when watching videos in full screen (e.g. on YouTube), the cursor won't auto-hide and I have to stuff it in a corner or to the side. Is there a setting/flag that controls this? Does it depend on the Chromium base? Can I do something about it?

I wrote a seven page essay

I've exagerated of course, but "for me", the browser with those bugs is barely usable especially the first one.
1. Can't confirm
well, @gusbat is reporting the same bug a comment above mine.
2. I know devs need more info, but most of those videos are on facebook.

Neither does mine -
Win 7 64, Viv 32
Don't know if this is intended operation or just mine or bug.
I'm watching certain video stream on ULR page> URL page also has an open .pdf file link to go to for notes of streaming site. It quits playing when it starts loading small pdf fiile, the video stream has to be re-started and found where you were instead of just buffering til file download finished. Not having problems in memory.
Not BIG problem but not handy and wondering.Really getting finished and stable if only I could remember all it's features.

For bug no. 3. Does the same happen with both hw acceleration on and off?
-
This is troubling me too. Since 1.4, it ignores any saved zoom level for pages. I reported it twice already but no luck so far.
I'm still running 1.3 since I NEED that feature functional. -
no, it's fixed when I disable the hardware acceleration !
