Snapshot 1.0.430.3 - Mouse gestures for Fast Forward and Rewind
-
I found one instance: Opening a new private window. Vivaldi has some noticeable delay. Opera is instantaneous. Both done using fresh install (cleared User folder). Vivaldi 64-bit vs latest stable Opera,. [Windows 10 + SSD, so no bottleneck here.]
-
MEGA downloads seem to be a bit broken for me:
-
On Opera, the buttons "Download with MEGAsync" and "Download through your browser" are next to one another on a row, whilst in Vivaldi "Download through your browser" is below and offset to the right.
-
"Download through your browser" : this presents the usual background download indication, which is followed by a prompt for the save location when it reaches 100%. With Vivaldi, clicking "Save as" does nothing whereas on Opera the location dialog appears and the file is actually saved.

A little bug that just I found… If I open a link with the mouse on new tab, and letter open a link with spart spatial navigation (again, in new tab), this open both of links. Refresh, solve the problem
- Other, if I open a new window all zoom commands affect in that new window (not the current focused)...
Linux Sabayon 64bts KDE. Focus on click.
-
Netflix doesn't work again. "Session must be closed" message again.
Congrats for your great efforts and to listen everyone of us on our advises. -
Thanks for the hardwork guys
The browser crash when clicking on the pocket extension's button since 2 or 3 builds now.
win10 64bits
-
One of the features I realized missing is "Reload every…" (automatic page reloading). Extensions that provide such functionality feel way too cluttered compared to how classic Opera did it.
-
No "fast forward" in mouse gestures after upgrade to latest build.
I'm hesitating to delete my profile - lot of customizations made would be lost.SUGGESTION: When the dialog is opened to add bookmark, please focus by default not on SAVE button, but on the dropDownBox listing folders. More often than not, folder need to be selected prior save.

Open a new tab. Paste this URL http://www.smn.gov.ar/?mod=pron&id=4&provincia=Entre Ros&ciudad=Gualeguaych
That page hangs Vivaldi tab inmidiately.
Vivialdi 1.0.430.3 32 bits, Windows 7 64bits. -
I've still got the annoying thing where hitting the spacebar on a full screen Youtube video doesn't stop/start the video, it jumps to the next one. Which is kind of irritating because it's a bit of a reflex so I keep doing it. Any chance of a fix when the team come back to work?
-
No problem here on 32-bit Vivaldi on Windows 7 64-bit.
-
Hmm, strange. I'm using Viv x64 (on Win 7). Maybe it's that.
-
Happend to me as well. I had a different UI Language (german) -> Switching to english (&reload Browser) brought the entry, it was still there after switching back to german
-
Smooth scrolling on a long web page has a weir ripple effects when scrolling down. Chrome and Edge seem working fine.
-
There is one bug with the address bar on W10-64; V32 which is the worst I have ever seen since browsers were born and it is driving me crazy. When I am doing development I have to submit a form on my local server like a billion times and reload (either by shortcut key, or clicking on a button or even copy and using "paste and go") does not work. It is the most annoying bug I have ever seen in a browser. Not sure why it has gone undetected for so long.
-
I don't think this is related to Linux. I use Win7 here, and UI wise, both Chromium and Opera are much faster than Vivaldi on my laptop. IE and Firefox is faster too.
Anyway, the good thing is that it's getting better each version. I hope someday Vivaldi's UI performance gets as fast as Chrome's.

We can't reproduce this bug. Would you please file a bug report here vivaldi.com/bugreport so we can look into it? Thanks!
-
You're most welcome! It's already possible to close a tab when right clicking on it (check the last three options at the bottom of the list)
-
Hard to reproduce this issue with so little information. Would you please help us further by filing a bug report here: vivaldi.com/bugreport ? Thanks in advance for helping us further!
-
Thanks for sharing all these great insights! Pages can be zoomed up to 300% when using the zoom bar at the right bottom of the window. Also it is possible to search in settings (see the field on the top left above all the settings sections). We hope it helps

Sorry for the trouble! Are you using Citrix app from chrome web store?
