Why do you actually bother about the naming? If the TP4 build with all same functionalities would be instead named Beta 1, would it be any better build and would make any difference to you?
While on the other hand, consider that naming this build TP4 means a promise that there is still more new cool stuff to come.
After a second thought, which option do you like more?

I think there is no bug here. You need to run as admin only for All Users install, as otherwise installer would have not enough system privileges to modify other users' folders.
I believe that Current User and Standalone install work as expected - without asking for admin rights. -
DEADLY!!! I am one with accessibility issues and I can use the ALT key to enable mouse gestures. I could not use MG before the ALT trigger. It's going to make browsing easier. Thank you very much! Perceptive call by wardies too.

Vivaldi is unable to handle some protocols properly. For example, it adds /// to "mailto:[email protected]", so it's passed as "mailto:///[email protected]" to the e-mail client. Something similar happens with magnet links.

I use the side panel and speed dial a lot. So I just want to give my feedback to help.

When you create a new folder in speed dial via the '+' sign on top, it will also save into the bookmark side panel. However, it does not remove, and also remain the same, if you remove it from Speed dial via right click remove.

The number indicator beside the bookmarks folder is too hard to see. It's light grey behind a white background. Needs to be more obvious.
Some things that I feel (personal preferences) are needed in the browser.

Needs to reduce the gap on top of the tab. This is great for small screen and increase real estate.

The menu button on top left can be put into the address bar panel somewhere. Again, This is to increase real estate.

Still, closing a tab (with "Ctrl + W") doesn't make the next tab active…
you have to click on the next tab explicitly to make it active and then you're able to use shortcuts and other stuff...Strangely, this doesn't occur when you close a tab by clicking on the close button or clicking on the tab with Middle Mouse button...
Update: Strange! This doesn't happen with my Speedier system… but happens on my test system (which is awfully slow... for test purposes !)
Update 2 : Turns out, I had to uninstall and reinstall Vivaldi again… this led to the disappearance of some bugs including the one I mentioned above... does anyone else have to reinstall Vivaldi for some bugs to fix too ?
On the other hand, why do we have to uninstall and reinstall Vivaldi to get rid of some Bugs ? wouldn't this be hazardous to the final product ?

Is it planned for future, RMB+wheelUP to act as ctrl+shift+tab, and RMB+wheelDown to act as ctr+tab as it is now in o12 ? Or at least to be an option we can choose?

This bug from the changelog is, unfortunately, still present.
VB-7163 - UI layout breaks with tabs on left/rightWith the Tabbar left or right, adding tabs always adds tabs of equal size - ie they never shrink to fill the available windowheight. This drives them off the bottom of the Vivaldi window (thus making them invisible) and screws the UI of the Panels and also the Statusbar.

While downloading a large file the download will just stop in the middle as if it was finished downloading, but I never get the whole file.

Got some issue with drag & drop bookmarks, it's a regression since 1.0.209.3. Somehow it doesn't work anymore and it shows some weird rectangle which is growing while moving the mouse …
It's still not possible to scroll a picture completly when zooming bigger than the window.
We need a trash on bookmarks - I deleted accidentally a whole folder in an earlier version with 'del' on my keyboard - while editing a text field (probably focus issue).

Actually from last build, it freezes quite often and uses very high CPU. Visiting Youtube homepage in Hong Kong almost always freeze.

wunderlist.com still does not work. Go to your account and click on the add a new task. Page reloads and the cursor disappears from the field. Add a new task is impossible.
