Snapshot 1.0.118.2 now available

I second that. It would make things easier to look up for.

Good idea.

I have the same issues with Youtube. I'm assuming it's an issue with Flash Player based videos, rather than a site-specific bug.
My problems with bookmarks are the opposite: it seems I only import data from Opera 15+, while what I want is data from Opera 12.
I'll go with the flow and ask for some features of my own:
-Favorites bar (I use it more than bookmarks);
-Title bar available as option, like in the old Opera Presto;
-(Possibly not possible, but) Color correction for Flash Player. Presto had some vivid colors, which made colorful videos (such as animes, game videos, etc.) look really bright and vivid, but Chrome based players have the colors a bit washed out in comparison. It really bugs me! -
Hyperlink text selection, pop up blocker on a par with Classic Opera are on your TODO list?

Now that you mention it, it does seem rather strange. I always found it strange that you could close tabs with middle click, but closing Pinned tabs as well is weird. Hope they change it on the next build.
-
Also looking forward to an option to autoclear history, cache, etc on exit.

The browser still does not load Speed Dial thumbnails either correctly or not at all. Some links do though.
Also, please add the option to close tabs in sequential order when using ctrl+w and not just from recently used tabs. In my current active tab, when I close it, the one next to it on the right should be the next active tab.
This also applies to switching tabs with ctrl+tab as well. Switching from left to right while ctrl is still held or pressed. Switch to recent tab only when pressing ctrl+tab while not always holding down on ctrl
BUG:
As per checking vivaldi://plugins, PPAPI is still not recognized on Mac OS X. On Windows, it recognizes the plugin just fine. -
Suggestion on search even does not work
-
Now this is what I like to see! Just need a few more features and I'm ready to switch over for good.
-
Sometimes I receive up to five e-mail notifications for a single blog comment. I wonder why? Does this happen to others?
-
Bug: I'm reading the comments, I'm on the first page and I do a CTRL+F, the find in page field shows up. Then I click on page 2, CTRL+F doesn't work anymore.

Just updated and can not use Vivaldi. Before updating I had 4 windows with some open tabs there and after update the focus between windows is constantly jumping. I did't find a way how to stop it. Tried to reload a couple of times - no change, still jumping between windows with no chance to stop. I left it for some time to finish all page updates, but that didn't help as well. After the third reload it finally stops jumping. Hope next time it won't happen.
The 64-bit version was updated. I run Win 8.0 Ent N at i7 2nd Gen with 16Gb RAM and GeForce GT620 2Gb.
Also I already asked about Presto perspectives here:
But I have one question about Vivaldi. For now it's just a front-end for Blink or Chromium, one among many others. I liked Opera for its own engine - Presto in later versions. Since the lead of that project is one of co-founders of the original Opera project, is there any chance to see Presto itself or functional fork in Vivaldi eventually? Otherwise I don't see any sense to use Chromium under front-end instead of Chromium under Chrome. I already tried several different front-ends including current Opera and every time the engine developer's browser worked better. That is pretty obvious. So - is there any plans to switch for developing a full functional browser instead of a front-end for somebody's engine?
Anyway - thanks for your work - in any case it will fit somebody's needs even in that limited by borrowed engine features.

Is here chance for something like this https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/be-quiet/?src=cb-dl-toprated ? I love Vivaldi browser , but this function is missing in Vivaldi.

Hmm, I still get quite few NSL (Never Stops Loading). I have seen it on all versions so far.
Anybody else experiencing this?Yes, I am seeing this on Linux 32bit.

Upgrade form latest snapshot x64 to this one doesn't work : i got a new_vivladi.exe an another folder in application :
- 1.0.111.2
- 1.0.118.2
- Dictionaries
- vivaldi.exe
- new_vivaldi.exe
Might be beacause i didn't close vivaldi on time when upgrading…
-
Not implemented yet, waiting for it aswel.
-
I second this… pinned tabs shouldn't be closeable UNTIL we make them unpinned... not by middle clicking, not by pressing "Ctrl + W" and not by any other means...
-
No!!!!!!! With this new update now Vivaldi will automatically refresh all tabs you've opened when you start the browser.
Please! Guys I just want pages to keep looking as the moment when I closed the browser. If I want to refresh the page I'd prefer to refresh it manually. Please at least give us an option! This is a good feature as sometimes a site is temporarily offline and if the browser don't reload pages at start we'll still have a chance to view content.

SUGGESTION :
Opening a new tab (by Middle clicking on it… or any other way) from a URL should open the tab right next to the current tab... this behavior is currently present in ChrOpera and makes managing tabs automatically easier... by having an option to do this, tabs are automatically grouped by their URL and they stay close to each other...
Right now each new tab is opened and put at the end of the tab bar... when opening many tabs from many different websites, the tabs tend to get separated from their parent (which opened them) and this makes the Users work a bit harder (to find them again and put them near each other when doing research).
Thanks...

When I have multiple tabs open, I have noticed that some pages are always refreshed in the background. This means that the page is always up to date when I click the tab. However, other pages are not refreshed, and I need to make a manual refresh when I select the tab.
What is the philosophy here?
