Currently I use Mate Translator, it works similar to the well-known IM Translator, but with the difference of not using Google or Bing in the translations, it use a own motor, but it offers excellent translations in 103 languages, words, phrases and the entire page. It also has an excellent privacy policy.

In the page click the middle button until apears this symbol , after this you can ajust the autoscroll speed and direction by moving the the mouse up and down.

I do it so since years in long texts
