each time i try this one: dagbladet.no , the side will not open
tried in opera and got that:

Hard to tell, maybe the site had server problems. Works for me on Opera stable and latest Vivaldi snapshot.

I'd guess it's not a problem in dagbladet.no, but in a proxy server in a public WLAN or similar. That IPv4 address resolves to an advertiser (barefruit.co.uk). These kind of proxy errors often go away when you wait a little and/or reconnect, in my experience.
