HTTPS ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (Works on Edge)

I have my own media/web server, and I've recently regenerated the self-signed SSL certificates I use. Vivaldi will no longer connect to my server over HTTPS, but will over HTTP, and Edge will work perfectly fine with both. (This is the second time I've posted this, because the first time it decided it wasn't going to post it) Attachments: ,
That means: the server has a closed SSL connection.
May be: Invalid server and CA certificates, invalid ciphers, invalid checksum algorithm.
May be your Windows and firewall. May be some crappy security software like desktop firewall or anti-virus.
You should increase the log level for you ssl server log and have a look there.

Previously i also stuck with this issue but now i fix this. I just check my Proxy Settings and do some changes and then it was working well.
You can do following things

Most of the times, this issue occurs due to fault in your proxy settings only. It might happen that you've changed your proxy settings accidentally & don't remember that. Thus, simply navigate to Internet settings in your browser or directly go to properties of your Ethernet connection. You can fix it from there.
If still there's no hope then perhaps this might help https://validedge.com/err_connection_reset/
