HTTPS ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (Works on Edge)

I have my own media/web server, and I've recently regenerated the self-signed SSL certificates I use. Vivaldi will no longer connect to my server over HTTPS, but will over HTTP, and Edge will work perfectly fine with both. Why is the edge browser connecting ok?..Seems to imply an error with edge.
Have any other browsers been tested to narrow down what/where the issue may lay.
