Sites won't load

With every new install I happen to run in a situation where Vivaldi simply doesn't load a website. To be precise I remember this happen mostly on Vivaldi's own sites as this forum. But I can't exclude that this may appear on other sites as well.
Other browsers on iOS like Safari or Opera do.
There's no error message - it simply stops loading. -
@DerSchlingel I sometimes have the same with the message: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
No page loads then. When trying again mistboog the times it is loading then. -
@hmestrum That seems to be another issue. As on my device and in my network it doesn't load at all. It keeps stuck in the process of loading, actually. And which is ironical somehow, it happens mostly on this forum.

In my case it is on the Help pages which are not translated. It seems that those which are translated in dutch load but those which are not translated in dutch will not load until I refresh and get the english one then.
