@mossman If you disable VPN in Settings → Privacy, button will be removed.
You have to remove the extension proton VPN in extension Manager.The question was about installing, not uninstalling...
-
@mossman Click on VPN button installs the extension.
-
In non VPN related issues, feed shortcut to mark as read and go to next is not working for me.

Errr... that's exactly what I meant!
@iAN-CooG:
I don't need a vpn so I removed it from my extensions.
Now I am curious, if one day I'll decide I want to try it, how do I reinstall it?@mossman:
Does it not re-install if you add the VPN button back to the address bar?(Okay, to be more clear I could have said "Maybe it will install if you add the VPN button back to the address bar then click it".

In Settings → Privacy you can enable Proton VPN again.

About Proton VPN: Do you really thing that it is more secure? like "say me your e-mail and I will redirect you to site what I am log to your e-mail"? Strange things...
-
@abelisto Proton VPN does not redirects and logs you visiting sites related to your registration mail.

Addressbar Dropdown „Go to Tab“-Badge: It always opens the other open tab in the active tab, not jumping to the tab. Is this how it should be? Because this did not happened in the earlier Addressbar, here it jumped to the respective tab.
In Quick Commands it jumps. I think the „Go to Tab“-Badge in the Addressbar should behave the same like in Quick Commands.
