Check in the terminal without extensions in a new profile vivaldi-snapshot --disable-extensions --user-data-dir=/tmp/vivalavivaldi/test/

If OK check with your profile vivaldi-snapshot --disable-extensions

If OK then disable the extension that you suspect is responsible for that issue.
