Tabs-screen / button - continuous scrolling of tabs

On one handed use of the smartphone it would be very useful to have the tabs screen on continuous scroll mode. Doing so we would be able to reach the upper tab-miniatures one handedly, with the thumb (I know, android had also a one-handed mode, but still).
