Vivaldi browser icon should be customizable in settings

either several colors offered (black, red, blue...), or simply give an image or the.icns to replace it.
on Windows 11, it's simple: we'll create a shortcut and change the shortcut .ics in the taskbar.
on macos, it's different, because you can't put shortcuts without having the arrow in the dock which indicates that it's a shortcut. I tried changing the application's .icns and putting it in locked mode, but when you install an update, it overwrites what you did, and you have to do it again every time.

On macOS, there is another way:
- Open /Applications in finder.
- Right click on Vivaldi.app -> Get Info.
- Drag your custom icon to the image in the left corner.
It's possible that you have to restart your macOS to see the changes. The OS will keep the new icon after updating the app.
