Unsolved Mail Label Touchups

Don't know if it is related with some of the problems already mentioned on this thread but a brand new snapshot installation on a freshly re-installed laptop is showing no labels except on the messages.
So no labels on settings, panel or menus. They are visible only on the messages headers or in the message list.

I am seeing same when using new Profile; label(s) cannot be assigned because list of labels is empty. Please raise a bug report and post VB reference back here.

@gmg yes. I can confirm that. For me it got fixed with build 3620.3
