Accessing local IPs

For some time I´m unable to connect to local IPs - only IP which is working is the IP of my router. With every other IP I get the error "ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE".
I set "Block insecure private network requests" to disabled.

Both without success

Any ideas?

If you use MacOS sequoia, you need to give permissions accessing Local Network for Vivaldi

Go to:
System Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Local Network -> Allow Vivaldi.
