Tab spillover when using BT mouse

When using BT mouse I am frequently getting this weird "spillover", where a tab from first tab stack is shown in a floating video lookalike frame (it can't be interacted with though).
I have to exit back to home screen and re-enter Vivaldi to make it disappear... until it re-appears.... unless I don't use mouse pointer, in which case it doesn't occur at all.
