why does gmail spam show up in my vivaldi client inbox

Hi,

I just setup my gmail accounts in vivaldi,

But if i go to inbox, i do not see the same inbox as in gmail.
Instead it is full of spam.

In gmail all spam is neatly in its own spam folder.

In vivaldi inbox, there is so much spam, that i cannot find my normal emails, ...

This makes vivaldi email unusable.

How can i avoid this?
