For instance
@-moz-document domain(zdnet.com) { a, span, div, p, .stBodyText { font-size: 41px !important; } } ```The font size just stays unchanged. Hopefully it's just a (firefox) user error. Thanks for help, someone

So this is the Beta candidate… Same scenario happening on Linux as with Opera. And no wonder, given the same people manage the development, again. Dozens of bugs reported as back as a year ago still not fixed, but some irrelevant cosmetic tweaks get presented each week. Starting up takes a minute or two of 4x100% CPU usage, ALL of keyboard shortcuts completely dead, mail still missing. Not to mention simply awful Dev tools integration... Vivaldi is turning out to be an expected but feared disappointment for me. I guess I'll have to stick to my faithful 3+yo Opera 12.
-
Tab thumbs (vertical tabs on the left): With grouped, tiled tab stacks it still happens that thumbs are missing (but better than previous snapshots)

I really really love Vivaldi, and I really want to use it as my primary browser, but the lack of desktop notification stops me.
I hope it will be implemented soon!
Thanks for making an awesome browser!! -
I guess it's a joke: jaxtraw is alluding to the high frequency of updates and suggesting that the developers must be working like slaves chained to their desks.
-
You only blaming, no concrete suggestions.
-
The most annoying thing is still that arrows keys doesn't work in the console on Linux. (For autocomplete, etc.)
-
Two gripes:
- Startup with: Last Session tends to cause segmentation faults on the first run. The second one is always good, because it has then completely forgotten about that last session.
- My all time favourite: Focusing the address bar contents selects them (which ruins the X11 "clipboard" experience, also reported at The Competition months ago as a regression from Opera 12.x)
-
critical regression:
I have some problems to login in using facebook. It's not rare to take 5+ "log in" attempts to successfully log in to (some) sites via using "FB login".Anyone can confirm having same issue? (also the "pop-up" simply load but not get lost so the main tab with log in simply do not reload…)

Great job guys. Thanks.
Is it possible to return function of "GoTo" to page in right click menu. (If you select plain text which is containing link and if Vivaldi have recognized link in that selected text it offered "GoTo" to that page. From Snapshot 1.0.291.18 only offer to search "selected text" in default search engine.
Why do you remove/change it.Please, please, please give it back.

Yeah this is going heavily on my nerves, too.

I think "some useless animations" are way easier to implement than a sync service.
-
On my win10 machine with UI minimize on 80%. I am still having the context menu popup outside the screen.
-
Any news regarding the update issue on Windows 10 insider builds? I always check the blog whenever there is a new snapshot anyway, but would be great if checking for updates works and of course, since TH2 seems to be around the corner, it might be better to get it working asap

Duplicate a pinned tab creates another pinned tab. Intended behaviour? I thought, I get a normal tab.
Viv x64 standalone, win 7 x64 -
Scenario that will yield something that seems like a one-off index type of bug:
- Open up three tabs, pin all of them, keeping the selected one as the rightmost one.
- Click on the tab in the middle to select it.
- Observe that while the visual appearance indicates that the middle tab is selected, you still see the content of the rightmost tab.
- Click on the leftmost tab, and you will see the content of the middle tab.
- This "one-off" feeling will persist until you open up a normal, not pinned, tab.
-
Doesn't show anything there either. It's an earlier update that broke it.

Viv x64 standalone, win 7 x64To me, "Clone" means to create an identical copy, complete with the Tab History, so why not it's pinned status too?
-
Oh why is that? It is Ctrl+Wheel in almost all other programs nowadays (not only browsers). It is an UI standard. As Ctrl+Wheel seems not bound to any other function, please restore the standard behaviour.

I switched to Vivaldi being my default browser! Nice build, btw. I can live with all current glitches, only this one is driving me nuts: VB-9363 (Alt key activating mouse gestures cannot be turned off) - this one causes random tab closes, backs, forwards, etc. so I lose work regularly. This happens both on Windows and Linux. Pretty please give me a chance (I am willing to hex edit config files :-)) to switch off the Alt key.
