Hmm, I still get quite few NSL (Never Stops Loading). I have seen it on all versions so far.
Anybody else experiencing this?Yes, I am seeing this on Linux 32bit.

Upgrade form latest snapshot x64 to this one doesn't work : i got a new_vivladi.exe an another folder in application :
- 1.0.111.2
- 1.0.118.2
- Dictionaries
- vivaldi.exe
- new_vivaldi.exe
Might be beacause i didn't close vivaldi on time when upgrading…
-
Not implemented yet, waiting for it aswel.

I second this… pinned tabs shouldn't be closeable UNTIL we make them unpinned... not by middle clicking, not by pressing "Ctrl + W" and not by any other means...
-
No!!!!!!! With this new update now Vivaldi will automatically refresh all tabs you've opened when you start the browser.
Please! Guys I just want pages to keep looking as the moment when I closed the browser. If I want to refresh the page I'd prefer to refresh it manually. Please at least give us an option! This is a good feature as sometimes a site is temporarily offline and if the browser don't reload pages at start we'll still have a chance to view content.

SUGGESTION :
Opening a new tab (by Middle clicking on it… or any other way) from a URL should open the tab right next to the current tab... this behavior is currently present in ChrOpera and makes managing tabs automatically easier... by having an option to do this, tabs are automatically grouped by their URL and they stay close to each other...
Right now each new tab is opened and put at the end of the tab bar... when opening many tabs from many different websites, the tabs tend to get separated from their parent (which opened them) and this makes the Users work a bit harder (to find them again and put them near each other when doing research).
Thanks...

When I have multiple tabs open, I have noticed that some pages are always refreshed in the background. This means that the page is always up to date when I click the tab. However, other pages are not refreshed, and I need to make a manual refresh when I select the tab.
What is the philosophy here? -
Yes, it did happen to me as well, before.
-
There is a bug preventing the middle-click from working when a scrollbar is being displayed.
-
- Presto in later versions. Since the lead of that project is one of co-founders of the original Opera project, is there any chance to see Presto itself or functional fork in Vivaldi eventually? Otherw
No there are no chances of that. Presto is Opera's property. They decided to kill it and it has not been made open-source.

When we can expect "search with"?
-
Why are my replies disappearing?
-
I'm missing an ads filter, like Opera 12.x urlfilter.ini
-
vivaldi.net social part is totally buggy multiple notifications, disappearing comments, no ability to correctly copy a link to a specific comment, sometimes pagination doesn't work, after using pagination F5 causes 404 Error, and much much more…
-
yeah vivaldi social thing is buggy as hell
-
this is site-specific feature. it should not be a part of browser core. this would be possible with extensions.
-
i prefer it the way it is, so it should be an option
-
AFAIK it depends on the page itself
Actually, it would be interesting to see "refresh tab when hovered". But I can understand that this could kill the tab preview meaning if done wrong (and I'm not sure if it could be done right)

It neither freezes nor crashes here – Windows 8.1 x64

Click comment link on bottom to page 4
Freezes Vivaldi and crashes
Vivaldi 32bit + Windows 7 x64 …Yep! 3 times in 5 minutes, as I tried navigating across the page numbers at the end of each comments page.
