Mail synchronization problem

Today I've discovered that Google account do sync. Problem is with my other account, from provider wp.pl. Bluemail works just fine with it, but V has these logs:

It's 7.1.3570.39 now, and wp.pl account still can't sync...

I have similar problem. Emails sync just after Vivaldi start. Automatic and manual sync doesn't work, so I have to restart VIvaldi to see new emails.
Today, after reading this topic, I came up with an idea of turning network connection off and on again (via Windows settings). And guess what - manual email sync worked right away! Tried three times: send - sync - receive. Can someone wiser than me explain that?

Strangely enough I see the opposite behaviour on this work laptop - during Vivaldi startup I always get OAuth failure... a few minutes later all mail loads normally.
