Checked another devics
V Stable // Xiaomi RedMi Note 5 Pro | A9 | MIUI 12.3 ||| Same Problem
V Snap // Huawei Mate pad 10.2 | A10 | HOS 2.0 ||| Passwords Running Fine

7.0.3495.10 Android 10 sync nice.
Deleted password on PC → deletion appeared in Android Vivaldi. And vice versa.
