Starting with the basics, have you logged in to the same Vivaldi account on all devices you want to Sync and is the syncing status active/done? Secondly, in case you only sync some data not all, double check that bookmark syncing is enabled.If it's the first sync on a device and you have a lot of bookmarks and other data to sync, it can take some time for the bookmarks to appear.

Hi, I was able to synchronize very easily on the android phone. But on my iPad it is impossible to synchronize. All data is entered correctly for synchronization. Where is the error?

After logging in, entering the encryption password and starting sync, what do you see? Does it say "Sync is active" below the last synced date or something else? -
Yes, I can see the active synchronization. Also the current day and time. But the browser cannot be synchronized.

What if you reset all remote data, set the encryption password again and start fresh on all devices you want to keep in sync?
