Can't dragon & drop a tab to a new window in incognito mode
-
The title says it all
Dragging and dropping a tab away from the tab bar will cause it to become a new window. This does not work in incognito, and based on the Move Tab options available on right clicking on a tab, does not seem to be intended to work in incognito.
Is there any remedy other than opening new private windows and copy/pasting the URL over to them?

@radu29
Hi, this is maybe a bug, I test Chromium 117 and it work there.
Please wait a bit if other user have more information.Cheers, mib

I don't have an issue number to share or anything, but I can at least confirm this is a very longstanding Vivaldi-specific bug. I know from personal experience that it's at least several years old, and it may have never worked in Vivaldi in the first place.

@radu29 IMO this is not a bug. Tabs in incognito (Private) windows could be dragged accidentally to other windows. This would be a privacy issue.

That would certainly be bad, but this feature already exists in every other Chromium-based browser, and none of them have that issue. Private tabs can only be dragged to other private windows, and normal tabs can only be dragged to normal windows.
