Would be interesting if that happens on Chromium 119, too at internal page chrome://password-manager/passwords. If yes, it is some trouble with Chromium core and Remote desktop.
I can not test as i have no Remote Desktop Protocol tool on my Linux to connect to my Windows 11 PC.
