@DoctorG Yup, highly likely it's a key combination. I'm on a Mac so it's probably the combination I use quite often to paste unformatted text: command+option+shift+V - which I've mistyped (and I also end up accidentally closing browser tabs like this too).

@Ayespy Oops. Didn't see the Windows topic thing! Anyway, didn't matter in this case seeing as the Windows solution to my issue was the right one. And I do use Windows too so I can generally work out what works on one OS and what doesn't - but thanks for pointing this out
