Hi, if you have a copy/backup of the old keyring it should be possible.
If a keyring is broken on the system itself no.
Can you reach the old system?Cheers, mib

I actually turned this Keyring nonsense off when i installed Linux mint.
And it all worked well, and i could access my passwords and all. But today it doesn't show my passwords it says there is no passwords saved. But when i registered to this forum it actually did save these new passwords, and they show up. But i cant see older ones . Older passwords still work when i try to log in to other sites.
This crap is really frustrating. -
@Triwiwerr
Can you try to export passwords?
Export create a clear text file as .cvs file.
Use chrome://settings/passwords for it. -
@mib2berlin
No it wont let me. export opton is not clickable. -

Your problem is completely different to the user in this thread reported.
You don´t move your profile to a new system, no keyring involved.
Something has happen break the Chromium password system.
I would create a new profile, change nothing, close all tabs, close Vivaldi.
Copy the file Login Data from your profile folder "Default" to the new profile called Profile 1/Start Vivaldi and choose the new profile.
