Translator doesn't work properly on sites containing two languages.
-
Microblogs such as Bluesky and Twitter and so on contains multi language posts, in my case, mainly Japanese and English. However, Vivaldi "translates" even Japanese into Japanese, resulting in broken sentences.
In addition, when the translation is inaccurate and I want to check the original text, I can't see it just by hovering the mouse cursor over it like Google Translation.
Can you please solve these problems?

@mib2berlin
About request, I found similar topic: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/63653/view-original-text-on-a-translated-pageI push Like button, is it sufficient?
-
@lamrongol
Yes, it got not many votes sine two years, I vote for it.
This is not the only criteria for a request. -
@mib2berlin Are there other ways which users can to realize request?
-
@lamrongol
No, the Vivaldi team decide.
The translator is not developed by Vivaldi, it is Lingvanex.
By the way, we got 5000 feature requests over the years. -
@mib2berlin I found another example: https://github.com if you see two languages in the site.
