How long did it take for you to have access to Vivaldi's webmail service? (considering their new recognition system to grant users access to it)

We are not able to tell you how long.
Depend on how many likes you get in forum fpr your posts, on how many posts you do at Vivaldi Social. And i think Vivaldi Team will not tell how the reputation algorithm works.
Just have patience.⇒ Vivaldi Webmail access is now linked to a reputation system.
