Scrolling does not work on certain websites

As per the title, scrolling does not work on some websites. Everything else is visualized correctly, but there is no way to scroll down using the mouse or the lateral scrollbar, which simply does not even appear. The only thing I can do is to zoom out, but then of course it becomes unreadable and the links are not accessible.
I noticed that already a few years back with one website which I seldom visit, but since the last update it happens on more sites, some of which are very common (e.g. airlines).
Any idea?

Hi, I am aware of reports from some user but not with the latest Vivaldi 6.0.2979.22.
Please add your Vivaldi, OS version and a link or links to such pages.
First I would disable the Vivaldi ad blocker for this page.
You can disable it with the shield icon in the address bar for a page.Cheers, mib

Thanks, disabling the ad blocker did the trick!
Just in case someone is interested in investigating further and find a solution that allows to keep blocking ads and trackers, here are the specifics:
Vivaldi version: 6.0.2979.22
OS: Windows 10 pro

When you confirm the cookie popup you can enable the ad blocker again. The popup block the page and you cant see it if the blocker is enabled. Good trick of the page developer.
