Browser became transparent

I can see no way to turn this off. I have attached screenshot. You can see that CorelDraw is showing thru the browser.
How to I change this?

@rltidd57 Restarting Vivaldi fixed the issue. Wish I knew how it became transparent.

Something had set the window opacity of the Vivaldi window which made it look transparent; it could be either some bug of the browser, or one among the programs you had ran.
