Solved Spell check is DISABLED and STILL underlines the typed text / words ...

-After unchecking the SPELL CHECK, the underlining is STILL persisting everywhere,
still keeps underlining the written words !an example in FACEBOOK writing a post in another language even after the spell check was disabled in settings !

- right click anywhere in the text field where the issue is occurring
- selectSpell check > Language settings from the pop-up menu, as show and highlight below:
- disable Check for spelling error when you type text on web pages, as show and highlight below:

as I prefer to let the Settings window instead of the usual settings-in-browser window...

@belu2021, my best guess would be, as this Chromium feature has not been modified by Vlvaldi its configuration remains under chrome://settings/languages
Hopefully a Vivaldi Team member or a more knowledge forum user will provide an explanation
