Tabs issue: Multiples of open tabs disappeared from view, leaving one open tab showing

I have a tabs issue
-
Multiple tabs were open, then closed randomly. Leaving one open tab in view.
-
The tabs were open in the background, but only showing as one open tab. Clicking on the open tab scrolled through what would have been the tabs below it.
-
When i press on the tab - it scrolls through the open (hidden from view) tabs. One line per tab, clicked and the next tab that would have been below the tab replaces - then the next, then the next. It literally scrolls down what would have been a bunch of tabs but as only one line showing.

Same here. Using side bar with multiple tabs, 36th tab makes a magic and "shrink" all tabs to sinle one. See picture:
When I close open one more tab (37th) it get's back to normal.
When I close tabs, again on 36th it is "shrunken".
This behaviour was happening for several weeks before I restarted Vivaldi. Now it's not so consistent with unshrinking on 36th tab. It still stays shrunken even closing 36th tab
Quick fixes for this:
- As I have pinned tabs, so I move those tabs around, ant it somehow fixes, without any consistent reproduction scenario;
- resizing sidebar helps;
- I've seen that CTRL+F11 helps for some people;
System specs:
- Vivaldi 5.6.2867.58 (Stable channel) (64-bit)

Tried disabling "The Great Suspender Original" and restarting browser. Didn't help.
