yes it is the best.
my main gripe is with the mail support. It is great but fails with multiple windows open.
I always need to try to hunt around to find which is the browser window with the active mail client.
I need some way from any window to switch to the active mail client browser window, even a shortcut key would be fine.

@dalinar if the mail tab is open (I have it pinned so that it never closes) hit F2 to open the quick commands and then type Mail.
Starting with the release of version 5.7 (currently in the snapshot branch) the windows panel will finally show all windows instead of just the current one, so finding the mail window will be easier
Usually on Win11 running Vivaldi Snapshot builds. Opinionated about working efficiently with email. Folders are evil | Mail workflow: receive, read, reply, mark as read, done.

@WildEnte my mail tab is usually closed. What I'm saying is that I don't know which window to go to (I often have windows on different desktops as well), in order to know which window to open the mail window in.
I know it is the first opened window, but since I restore my windows upon profile launch, I don't really know which one that is - without checking them until I find it.

@WildEnte all F2, mail does is say that the mail tab is in another window. So the same problem applies, you need to find the correct window first.

I didn't use the word support meaning that I needed support, just how it is supported.
It is not a support request. This capability does not exist in Vivaldi.
I was just saying "yes it is the best but..." on a thread that is way up the list on the first page, so I'm not sure I would consider that old.

@dalinar wait for the next stable version and use the windows panel.
Since using mail kind of requires using the mail tab anyway, try whether you can live with pinning it until then. If you have the mail tab open, the F2 -> typing mail you will find it as an open tab and upon selection it will jump to the correct window:
